What do I authorise with Tesla?
  1. 1. Sign in with Tesla. You sign in through Tesla and allow Batteribevis to see your cars and read vehicle data and charging history. Tesla combines charging history and control in one permission. We only use it to read history, which may include charging locations and amounts. We do not send commands to the car or request its ongoing location. You can disconnect in Account settings.
  2. 2. Email from Tesla after payment. Our operator requests access to your car through Tesla Toolbox, Tesla’s diagnostic tool. You approve the email from Tesla. Access applies only to the car you ordered for and expires automatically no later than 7 days after the request. The reading may include vehicle logs from the last 45 days.

We never ask for your Tesla password.

One payment. No subscription.

Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), including VAT, for one vehicle. Payment covers the reading, review, dated report, PDF and a shareable link.

Access comes before the reading

After confirmed payment, an operator sends a Tesla access request, usually within one hour during daytime. Approve the email from Tesla so we can begin. That time estimate is for the access request, not the completed report.

Data varies by vehicle

SoH is shown when the necessary calculation inputs are available. Unsupported or missing readings are explained. If we cannot deliver the agreed package, we refund the amount actually paid.

Our current Tesla connection uses the European service region. Please contact us before ordering for a vehicle outside Europe.
