How Batteribevis works
Order online. We read and review the available vehicle data with your authorisation.
1. Sign in and choose your car
Sign in through Tesla’s own login. Your Tesla password stays with Tesla. Select the car and report package, enter your email and review the terms. Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), including VAT. There is no subscription.
2. Pay and approve the access request
After payment is confirmed, an operator sends an access request, usually within one hour during daytime. It arrives by email from Tesla. Approve it so we can read the car. This time estimate refers to the access request, not delivery of the finished report.
3. Receive and share your report
The operator reads the vehicle and checks that the data supports the agreed package. You receive account access, a PDF and a shareable link by email. If we cannot deliver the agreed report, we refund the amount actually paid.
Vehicle availability
Data varies by model, year, software and log availability. Our current Tesla connection uses the European service region. Contact us before ordering for a vehicle outside Europe so we can check support. The car needs to be online when a fresh vehicle reading is required.
